#myLAspirit is a social media platform that inspires, activates, and energizes people for the LA24 movement. It helps LA demonstrate an unprecedented level of community activism leading up to the Games.

CHALLENGE

The original idea of the Olympics is to bring together communities from around the world to celebrate humanity. LA24 is an opportunity to translate Unity in Diversity into the Olympic spirit and help Los Angeles become the first host to a cultural Olympiad. How can LA24 can help re-ignite the Olympic movement and make it more relevant in this generation? How can LA24 present unique opportunity to activate the public in meaningful ways, to turn spectators into participants.

SOLUTION

LA is a unique place that embraces cultural diversity. Angelenos are diverse with voices that represent people from all walks of life. These voices create the foundation of what makes LA and Angelenos unique, diverse, strong, bold and inventive. #myLAspirit is a social platform that allows Angelenos to inspired others with their unique stories.
